MEDINA: 1st Annual Conservative Family Picnic

A FAMILY FUN EVENT!
OFF is excited to be a part of this great event! We need your help in making it a success! Please see the following items/actions we need people to sign up for and help out!

Burgers, Hot dogs and non-alcoholic drinks provided. Each family bring one (1) side dish.
$10 per family. Additional donations accepted.

1st Annual Picnic List Needs
Friday, August 13, 2021, we will need some help transporting tables, chairs, etc. Start at about 5:30 to??? Hopefully, no more than 2 hours or less. We need a couple of long bed Pickups to transport 8-foot tables and chairs. Need someone with a pickup to transport my grill.

Saturday, August 14, 2021, at about 1:30 to help set up tables, chairs, tents, etc.
8-10 People
Saturday afternoon, we need a few people to help make hamburger patties. Also need 4-6 people that are willing to Grill for a little bit.
Does anyone have a gas grill that they could let us use for the day?
Pony Rides will be available for the kids for a Charge to be Determined.
Farm animals will be available for the kids to view.
Please bring Bags of Ice so that we can chill the drinks.
If anyone has very large coolers that we can use for that day.
Bring your own Lawn Chairs. And Small Tents.
If some people can bring games such as Corn hole and a Volley Ball net and ball.

The day after the picnic (Sunday or Monday – Dependent on the weather, we will need people to help clean up and transport the tables and chairs back to Lisa Woods Home.
We are looking at expanding the picnic, so donations will be appreciated. Go to Porta-Potty, etc.
